Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We work with third-party shipping carriers to provide the following shipping services within Canada:

  • Lettermail (Untracked): for a low-cost shipping solution. Applies only to a smaller quantity of flat-pack products such as stickers, and small paper products. Select at your own risk; no returns or replacements will be provided if the lettermail is lost, stolen or misplaced.
  • Domestic (Tracked): all tracked parcels include a tracking number.
  • Free Domestic (Tracked): for large orders over a minimum price we offer free shipping!

Shipping to US

Under the current Tariffs policy, we have decided to temporarily halt all orders to the US. We are crossing our fingers to resolve this soon!

International Shipping

We work with third-party shipping carriers to provide the following shipping services Internationally to select locations only:

  • International Shipping (Tracked)
  • Australia, New Zealand, Singapore

When will I receive my order?

We aim to work as quickly as we can! But there is only 1 bunny behind this operation (with a demanding full-time job!)

  • Domestic: Please allow 2-5 Business days for packing, and an additional 1-2 weeks for you to receive your order. Times are subject to change at any given time depending on the third-party shipping carrier. For lettermail, no tracking will be provided but you will be notified when your order has been fullfilled.

  • International: Please allow 5-7 Business days for packing, and an additional 2-6 weeks for your package to arrive at your destination. Times are subject to change at any given time depending on the third-party shipping carrier.
