Shipping: Please note that yeunglove is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once orders are handed over to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with missing deliveries.

Duties & Tariffs (US Orders): All international duties and taxes collected at checkout are prepaid on your behalf, so your package clears customs smoothly with no surprise fees on delivery. Please expect up to 2-3 weeks delay for US Border Customs Inspections. We bulk ship from Toronto, Canada therefore there is little tracking information for the initial leg of the shipment. You will receive your tracking number once it is shipped out of Canada.
